Wine description: Kobal Yellow Muscat sparkling wine is extra brut or extremely dry sparkling wine with a distinct, lovely bouquet of fresh fruit that enraptures at the first taste and is pleasantly complemented by the playfulness of tiny bubbles in the taste. The smell and the taste is reminiscent of citrus fruits, such as lemon and lime. It is suitable for all occasions, when celebrating a business success, as an aperitif at a gala dinner, during intimate winter dinners for two or at hot summer parties with friends. It is a perfect companion for culinary adventures, served with starters and salads.
Temperaturea: for perfect enjoyment 4-5˚C is recommended.
The chef’s advice: pasta with a creamy sauce, salads, light appetizers made from vegetables and white meat, fish carpaccio.
